Membership Application Process

To become a member of STIWA, you need to be engaged in the Strata Titles Profession for reward. Applicants must complete the application form, be nominated by an existing member, and submit it for consideration by the Council.

Membership fees must be enclosed with the application form for the application to be considered

There are four categories of membership.

Member:

open to any suitably qualified person engaged in the strata titles profession for reward.
voting rights.

Associate Member:

open to the business partners or employees of a Member or Affiliate Member.
non-voting.

Affiliate Member:

open to anyone who has an interest in or provides services to the strata titles profession.
non-voting.

Honorary Life Member:

nominated by the STIWA Council for an outstanding individual contribution to the strata titles profession.
elected by a three fourths majoriy of members voting at a General Meeting.
non-voting.
