There are four categories of STIWA membership. For more information go to Become a Member.

Member:

• open to any suitably qualified person engaged in the strata titles profession for reward.
• voting rights.

Associate Member:

• open to the business partners or employees of a Member or Affiliate Member.
• non-voting.

Affiliate Member:

• open to anyone who has an interest in or provides services to the strata titles profession.
• non-voting.

Honorary Life Member:

• nominated by the STIWA Council for an outstanding individual contribution to the strata titles profession.
• elected by a unanimous decision of the Council.
• non-voting.

There are currently two Honorary Life Members - Michael Powell and Ian Laird.
