Council
The STIWA Council is drawn from current members of the Institute who are elected to their positions.
Council positions are subject to election at the STIWA Annual General Meeting, with Councillors elected for 3 year terms.
Councillors also sit on a range of specialist committees. Membership of committees is open to any member who wishes to contribute to the work of the Institute.
The Council is regulated by the Institute’s Constitution, and like all STIWA members, Councillors are subject to the Institute’s Code of Ethics.
